GROUP WORKOUTS
My group workout sessions are designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, and achieve your fitness goals with a fun and supportive community. Each session is circuit based intended to challenge the body and get your heart rate up. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, currently or use to play sports, my customized workouts are designed to challenge you in all the right ways. This is an intermediate and advanced workout.
Group sessions are about 60 mins and only offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 6am & 6pm at my Columbia location.
